How to compress an image to 100KB

  1. Choose one or more JPEG, PNG, or WebP images.
  2. Keep the 100 KB maximum or edit it, then adjust dimensions and output format if needed.
  3. Process the images and download each successful JPEG or WebP result individually or as a ZIP.

What does 100KB mean?

100 KB is a maximum, not an exact target. Any result at or below 100 KB—such as 96.8 KB—meets the limit. PixQuota does not add unnecessary data to make a file exactly 100 KB. One KB is 1,024 bytes.

What if my image cannot reach 100KB?

Some images cannot meet the limit at the selected dimensions within PixQuota's supported quality range. Try smaller dimensions or choose a larger maximum size, then process the image again.

Does PixQuota change image dimensions automatically?

No. Your selected dimensions remain unchanged unless you change them. PixQuota will not silently shrink an image just to reach the maximum file size.
